• Minimum 3-5 years transport management experience.

• Experience/awareness of FORS requirements.
• Experience/awareness of DVSA Earned Recognition scheme.

• Manage daily operations of Drivers and Weighbridge Operatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Deliver Cement service KPIs and manage customer complaints.
• Oversee operational costs and manage training needs.
