Qualifications

• CPC National licence preferred.
• Knowledge of Operator Licence compliances and Transport law.
• Experience managing drivers and their performance.
• Strong understanding of operational Health & Safety.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for operational business.
• Develop and implement Service Level Agreements.
• Monitor and manage performance against compliance standards.
• Provide performance reporting for service levels and targets.
• Manage staff and vehicle operating costs in line with budget.
