A local authority in the UK is seeking a self-motivated Transport Inspector to ensure the safe and timely operation of transport services. Responsibilities include inspecting contracts, monitoring bus passes, and contributing to route planning. We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Transport Operations Team. The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us.
The Transport inspector interviews will be held on 21 January 2026. Please be advised this could be subject to change, in which case we will give appropriate notice.
