Pay Rate: £32,000 to £33,500

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Butterfly shifts 6am until 6pm
Location: Mallusk, Newtonwabbey

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Supervise/manage Drivers & direct reports within a transport operation
• Compliance and transport regulations in line with customer KPIs
• People management including absence, discipliners and ensuring all employees comply with the DHL code of conduct
• Helping maintain a positive workplace culture, recognizing excellence
• Support direct reports and helping drive engagement culture with are site teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Transport logistics experience essential
• Transport legal compliance desirable
• Transport health and safety compliance essential
• Pro active can work well under pressure
• Microsoft office, apps, excel, good knowledge required
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
