Pay Rate: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off, 10am to 22:00

Location: London - EN3 4NQ

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Ensuring patient journeys are carried out in line with contractual requirements
• Maximizing vehicle utilization with minimal downtime through effective tracking & communication
• Communicating effectively with DHL transport, hospital wards/units, and drivers
• Tracking vehicles to ensure successful journeys and full resource utilization

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have scheduling experience
• Have experience dealing with customers and clients
• Have experience with administrative tasks
• Possess PTS experience (desirable)
• Have excellent communication skills
