Overview

MCS Group is recruiting a data driven Transportation Analyst for our client based in Larne on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Drive Transportation operational efficiencies and processes for products moving from EAME facilities to dealers or end customers.
• Plan and execute international transportation shipments to reduce overall transit time and variability, in-transit inventory, and transportation cost.
• Initiate, develop, lead, stabilize and cost reduction projects for outbound shipments from the client’s EAME manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in international transportation (Ocean/Container or RORO, Road/Truck, and Air).
• Motivated to gain expertise in international transportation processes.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Salesforce is desirable.
