Transport Coordinator - Tamworth
£13.46 per hour | Monday - Friday, 10:30 - 19:00 | Temp to Perm Opportunity

The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for Transport Coordinators on behalf of our busy logistics client based in Tamworth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced transport office, providing vital operational and customer service support with the chance to secure a permanent position after a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
• Communicate professionally with both customers and drivers
• Allocate and plan jobs to ensure on-time delivery and SLA targets are met
• Maintain continuous communication between drivers and clients
• Handle live customer issues and resolve complaints effectively
• Cost and price jobs accurately for both customer and driver
• Track real-time resource and driver availability
• Work closely with the transport team to maximise efficiency and profitability

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:30 - 19:00
• £13.46 per hour
