Transport Administrator

We are currently seeking a Transport Administrator to join our busy team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily transport operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to play a key role in supporting both drivers and the wider operation.

Salary: £12.21ph
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Location: Stanford-Le-Hope

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out pre-briefs for drivers before trips
  • De-briefing drivers upon their return
  • Scanning and managing paperwork accurately
  • Chasing warehouse teams to ensure timely loading
  • Handling general administrative duties
  • Supporting and working alongside the Shift FLM
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Liaising with other departments (including off-site customer services) to maintain smooth operational flow
