  • Support the Shift Manager in completion of daily de-briefs.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and courier compliance.
  • Log and communicate service issues/failures to Customer Service.
  • Investigate and escalate driver non-compliances.
  • Monitor performance using company software.
  • Ensure returns are processed per SOP.
  • Complete ad-hoc vehicle audits and data entry.

Role Summary

To support the Shift Manager in completion of daily de-briefs to ensure high standards of customer service and courier compliance with all operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily completion of de-briefs, ensuring any service issues/failures are logged and communicated to Customer Service and the management team.
  • Ensuring all driver non-compliances are investigated and escalated accordingly.
  • Use of the company software to monitor performance, supporting with on-the-road issues as required.
  • Ensuring all returned items are returned as per SOP.
  • Completion of ad-hoc de-briefs as and when required.
  • Daily download of handheld scanners ensuring faults are reported.
  • All returns are coded correctly.
  • Completion of ad-hoc vehicle audits.
  • POD and address data entry.
