A leading retail pharmacy chain is seeking a Purchase to Pay (PTP) Transformation Lead to drive their financial digital operations. This role requires expertise in Procure to Pay processes, strong leadership in accounting operations, and effective communication skills. Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience of Procure to Pay processes.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting operations or shared services roles.
  • Ability to work across a highly matrixed structure and with remote offshore teams.

Purchase to Pay (PTP) Transformation Lead, Finance Digital Operations

Contract: 12 month FTC

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of Digital Operations teams team, supporting and driving our PTP Roadmap initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Assisting, supporting and driving the delivery of our Roadmap activities across PTP.
  • Interfacing with our BPO provider across PTP processes to ensure an accurate and timely delivery of our initiatives.
  • Acting as an ambassador for transformation, challenging existing ways of working, and influencing change across PTP.
  • Undertaking data and trend analysis, producing reports, and presenting recommendations.
  • Undertaking process reviews and supporting services to articulate, implement, and embed changes to deliver process efficiencies.
  • Support the business with the ongoing development of working capital opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to policies and compliance
What you'll need to have
  • 2+ years experience of Procure to Pay processes
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting operations or shared services roles
  • Experienced leader of efficient & well controlled process environment
  • Ability to work across a highly matrixed structure and with remote offshore teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to drive change and attention to detail
  • Digitally proficient, use of SAP & Microsoft Office, willingness to adopt and learn new tools
