  • Hands-on TMO/PMO experience including governance.
  • Ability to translate strategy into OKRs and roadmaps.
  • Professional written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operating model design and implementation.
  • Own the end-to-end business case and support clients.
  • Stand up the TMO/PMO and define delivery models.
  • Define benefits logic and track value.
  • Build trusted relationships and facilitate senior alignment.
  • Establish quality gates and integrate design assurance.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams and coach staff.
  • Identify opportunities and shape proposals.
