Qualifications

• Experience in the housing association sector is preferred.
• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst from concept to delivery.
• Background in strategic and operational improvements.
• Experience with business analysis methods in agile and traditional environments.
• Capability in creating high-quality analysis outputs.

Responsibilities

• Examine proposed changes for impacts, workflow adjustments, and data needs.
• Clarify and record business needs to shape services.
• Support change impact assessments and develop programme roadmaps.
• Illustrate and identify differences in current and desired states.
• Ensure new practices are adopted and changes embedded.
