A reputable recruitment agency is seeking a part-time Transactional Finance Officer to support a client’s Finance Department in Stone, UK. The role involves processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and handling disputes to ensure timely payments. Candidates must have experience in similar roles and knowledge of purchase ledger processes, VAT, and accounting software. The position is temporary for up to 6 months, paying between £14.54 to £15.47 per hour, and requires availability for 21-28 hours weekly.
We require a temporary Transactional Finance Officer to work with our client on a part‑time basis between 21‑28 hours per week, to support within their Finance Department. This will be a temporary role for around 2‑6 months to start as soon as possible. The Transactional Finance Officer will be highly involved with ensuring that the transactions on the bank accounts are allocated within the ledger by processing invoices, ensuring purchase orders are matched to the invoices, and dealing with disputes, to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner.
Part‑time between 21‑28 hours per week must be able to work a minimum of 6 hours per day across 3‑4 days between the hours of 8:00 am‑4:30 pm Monday to Thursday
£14.54 - £15.47 per Hour DOE
