Training Support Administrator - Saudi Arabia

Location: Saudi Arabia

Programme: Government-backed Construction Supervisor Training Programme

We are seeking a proactive and organised Training Support Administrator to join our team supporting a government-backed construction supervisor training programme in Saudi Arabia. This is a dynamic role suited to someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for training operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate trainee bookings and client communications
  • Manage training diaries, booking forms, and resource allocation
  • Provide clerical support to the Project Manager.
  • Monitor the project spend and notify the Project Manager of any overspend and cost saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain competency logbooks, course certificates, and filing systems
  • Monitor and report on departmental budgets and stationery usage
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Deliver first aid support and maintain first aid supplies
  • Assist with training documentation and evaluation processes
  • Act as a welcoming point of contact for trainees and visitors
  • Support departmental communications and contribute to strategic goals

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
  • Understand LMS systems (or willing to learn)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • First Aid trained (or willing to train)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and administrative support
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must have a background in finance.
  • Previous experience as a PA would also be beneficial.
