Job description

This job role can be based in within 30 minutes commute from Watford or Ipswich. Onsite (5 days office based). Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. DV Security Clearance is required. Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.,

  • Define/develop strategy/policy that supports the planning, management, administration, design & development and delivery of complex secure and bespoke training interventions/solutions/programmes necessary to support BT staff's ability to execute the required knowledge, skills and attitude/behaviours (KSA) throughout the full life cycle of project design and delivery through to in life service/support
  • Create all technical documentation to support all L&D activities specifically across the managed service.
  • Determination of the strategy to fulfil the contractual obligations to train customer personnel (this has now become a determining requirement for new multi-million-pound managed service throughout their duration)

Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you will be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/united-kingdom-security-vetting-clearance-levels/national-security-vetting-clearance-levels). An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold this DV and continue to work in a role that requires that level of security clearance. The terms of this allowance will be made available if you are successful in being recruited into this role.
