A leading aerospace company in Whitwell is seeking a Training Manager to develop and implement training programs aimed at enhancing frontline leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in training design and delivery, preferably in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality. The salary range for this position is $111,700.00 - 148,800.00 USD annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on Oct 10, 2025.
