Job Advertisement: Training Lead - CDE & IM

Location: Home-based with occasional travel to The Strand or Warwick

Rate: £600 per day (umbrella) or PAYE Salary Option available

Contract: 6 months with potential to extend

About the Role

As the Training Lead for the CDE and Information Management Programme, you will define and lead the implementation of a comprehensive training strategy across our Onshore project portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the training landscape and ensure that our teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Strategy and Governance:
    • Define and implement the CDE Training Strategy.
    • Develop an implementation plan aligned with the CDE and IM roadmap.
    • Establish training governance, standards, and quality controls.
  • Learning Platform and Content Ownership:
    • Support the design and rollout of the Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Manage the CDE and IM training content library and governance processes.
  • Programme and Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the CDE and IM Change Lead to ensure coherent adoption performance.
    • Maintain strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content accuracy.
  • Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:
    • Implement a continuous improvement approach to training delivery.
    • Set KPIs and provide periodic reporting on training progress and readiness.
Key Deliverables
  • Comprehensive training strategy and implementation plan.
  • High-quality IM/CDE training materials.
  • A governed content library for IM/CDE training.
  • Integrated communications to support training and adoption.
