A leading construction and infrastructure services firm is seeking a Training Centre Co‑ordinator to provide essential support to the Transportation Training Centre. The role involves managing training records linked to various accreditations, supporting day-to-day operations, and coordinating corporate training activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and communication skills, with a strong proficiency in MS Office applications. This permanent full-time position offers a salary of £28,000 – £30,000 per year plus excellent benefits.
We're looking for a Training Centre Co‑ordinator to provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Transportation Training Centre. In this role you'll manage and maintain training records linked to the Centre's various Awarding Organisation (AO) accreditations, including LANTRA, City & Guilds, DVSA, NPORS, NUCO, CABWI, UKATA, IOSH, TOPSET and CITB (Site Safety Plus). As a Training Centre Co‑ordinator, you'll support the effective day‑to‑day running of the Transportation Training Centre, managing training records for centre staff, affiliated trainers and assessors; recording all training and assessments processed through the centre; and supporting operations including promoting accredited training to supply chain partners and external clients.

Contract: Permanent Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
