Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions (classroom, virtual, and 1:1) across a range of clinical and business systems.
• Develop clear, user-friendly training materials tailored to different audiences.
• Support system rollouts, upgrades, and ongoing user education.
• Collaborate closely with IT, clinical, and operational teams to ensure training aligns with business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training on specialist systems - healthcare experience is highly desirable, but candidates from other regulated or complex sectors will also be considered.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical detail into accessible, practical learning.
