Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Mon - Fri, 37 hrs P/W

Multi-Site Role: Covering Bovington Training Area (BH20 6JA) and Lulworth Ranges (BH20 5QF)

Landmarc Support Services are proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated Training Area Supervisor to join our team on the Defence Training Estate.

This is a chance to play a vital role in supporting UK Defence by ensuring training areas and ranges are safe, well maintained, and fit for purpose. You'll be leading a team, managing contractors, and delivering high-quality service that directly supports military training operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team, overseeing daily operations including performance, attendance, welfare, and capability
• Monitor usage and ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards
• Deliver essential maintenance tasks across the Defence Training Estate
• Manage contractors and oversee reactive and planned work to meet customer needs
• Ensure compliance, conduct risk assessments, and maintain accurate records
• Promote continuous improvement and environmental best practices
• Support your team and take on additional tasks to ensure smooth operations

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven line management experience with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and safe working practices
• Familiarity with workload scheduling and work order processes
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and bespoke software)
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety (COSHH, manual handling, IOSH Managing Safely)
• A full UK driving licence is essential to carry out the duties of this role
