This role focuses on learning and development related to IT and digital tools, emphasizing strategy and stakeholder engagement. Experience in a similar role is essential, and familiarity with the construction industry is a plus. The position is hybrid, mainly home-based with occasional travel.

We’re working with a leading Construction and Property consultancy that’s expanding its change function. As the Digital Capability Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving digital skills and capabilities across the organisation.
This includes leading initiatives such as a Digital Graduate Programme, Data & AI Academy, and professional IT/Digital development pathways. The role is more strategic and people-focused than hands-on, with a strong emphasis on content creation and tool adoption.
