An education provider in the UK seeks a passionate Training and Development Coach for Engineering. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Training and Development Coach to join our successful and supportive Engineering Team. This is your chance to make a real difference – guiding apprentices across Engineering standards as they build rewarding careers.
You’ll play a key part in delivering engaging, high-quality training and assessments – supporting apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to excel in their roles and achieve high grades at End Point Assessment.
You’ll work closely with employers across Lancashire, supporting their business needs and helping shape a curriculum that reflects the latest developments in the sector. In return, you’ll be part of a welcoming and dynamic team, with access to continuous professional development and real opportunities to grow your career.
The successful candidate will be primarily based at Accrington but may be required to travel across sites.
