A reputable training provider in the UK is seeking an Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Learning Coach. The role involves supporting apprentices in their development, ensuring quality outcomes in early years education. Candidates should have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and previous coaching experience. Benefits include 25 days holiday, a pension scheme, and remote working tools. This full-time position emphasizes mentoring and quality teaching in various environments.
Support apprentices to achieve Early Years standards through coaching, mentoring and training delivery. Use your safeguarding knowledge, EYFS expertise and assessment skills to drive learner progress, Functional Skills, and high-quality outcomes across early years settings.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Learning Coach to mentor and guide apprentices through their programmes, aligning delivery to EYFS and apprenticeship standards while embedding safeguarding and inclusive practice.
As an Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Learning Coach you will plan engaging training, carry out progress reviews and assessments, and provide constructive feedback that builds knowledge, skills and behaviours. You’ll liaise with employers to create purposeful on-the-job learning.
The Early Years Childcare Apprenticeship Training Advisor / Learning Coach will also support Functional Skills, maintain compliant documentation and champion wellbeing, equality and health and safety across early years environments.
