Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for a reliable and well‑organised training administrator to join the team in Inverness on a flexible part‑time basis to support the day‑to‑day operations of a busy training business.

This is a part‑time permanent role, working a minimum 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays etc as needed.

  • Perform all general administrative tasks, including managing emails and telephone calls.
  • Organising training calendar & client bookings.
  • Process online bookings.
  • Liaise and co‑ordinate dates and courses with training instructors.
  • Organising course materials in advance.
  • Inputting course data for certificate generation.
  • Liaise with SQA, DVSA and other accredited bodies.
  • Debt management & invoicing.
Role Requirements
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • IT skills including Microsoft Office and web‑based programs.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, be enterprising and manage myself efficiently.
  • Problem solving skills and exercise initiative in decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
