Full Time | Hybrid & Remote Working Considered

Are you passionate about developing financial professionals and ensuring the highest standards of client advice? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking wealth management firm in a pivotal supervisory role. As T&C Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of shaping and maintaining a robust Training & Competence framework, ensuring advisers are fully supported, compliant, and equipped to deliver outstanding client outcomes. You’ll work closely with wealth planners, providing structured supervision, coaching, and guidance to foster continuous improvement and professional growth!

What you’ll be doing
  • Delivering structured supervision through observations, file reviews, and one-to-one coaching
  • Supporting new planner onboarding, helping them achieve Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
  • Maintaining and evolving the firm’s T&C scheme in line with FCA standards
  • Monitoring qualifications, CPD, and ensuring audit-ready planner records
  • Identifying training needs and embedding a culture of accountability and development
  • Contributing to compliance reviews, risk management, and performance reporting
What we’re looking for
  • A proven background in supervision, compliance, or T&C within financial services
  • Strong knowledge of FCA requirements and industry best practice
  • QCF Level 4 (or equivalent) as a minimum
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, risk identification, and continuous improvement
