We are inviting exceptional Read Write Inc. teachers and leaders to apply to join the Ruth Miskin Training team. We value diversity and inclusion and welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds.

We provide new trainers with intensive, exceptional training followed by ongoing professional development.

Opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities include coaching colleagues and working with trusts and English Hubs.

Recruitment Process

You need Qualified Teacher Status, a full driving licence and the right to work in the UK.

  • Complete the application with CV and cover letter
  • Email a 5‑minute film of you teaching a phonics lesson to a reception or Year 1 group
