Location: Abingdon-on-Thames

Full‑time, permanent, Monday to Friday with an early Friday finish

Salary: 36k to 42k + excellent facilities and development opportunities

We re looking to connect with ex‑military professionals or civilians with an engineering background who either already have experience delivering or leading training and want to bring those skills into a civilian environment, or are looking for a career change into the training world.

You ll be joining a large Armed Forces friendly employer with a strong commitment to supporting those from military backgrounds. The site offers a professional, well‑resourced environment where your instructional experience will genuinely make a difference.

What we re looking for:

• Experience in areas such as Installing and Maintaining Fluid Power / Mechatronic Systems (CNC, Milling, etc. types of machinery would be a bonus)
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or delivering structured training (formal quals/ experience is not required as we will provide free training towards qualifications, but already having this would again, be a bonus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• A passion for developing others and sharing knowledge
• Suitable for those currently serving and due to leave within 6 12 months, or those who ve already transitioned
