Overview

Would you like to train the clinical health workforce of tomorrow? UCS College Group are seeking an exceptional team member from a clinical health background to join our high performing Apprenticeship team based in Taunton, Somerset. Working in partnership with employer stakeholders across the region, the college supports ongoing development of the health and care workforce to ensure it is fit for the future. This role provides an opportunity to be involved in these partnerships and join a team of professionals who have quality at the heart of all that they do. The ideal candidate will be future thinking, have strong industry experience, vocational knowledge, and an enthusiastic and adaptable approach to delivering innovative education. Responsibilities
  • Deliver and contribute to a curriculum that prepares students for careers in clinical health care.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with employer stakeholders across the region to support ongoing workforce development.
  • Be future thinking, with strong industry experience and vocational knowledge, and deliver innovative education.
  • Maintain a focus on quality, student success, and teamwork in all activities.
  • Be flexible and proactive in solving problems and supporting learners with IT and other resources.
  • Work across multiple sites as required to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must have a minimum of a level 3 qualification in a clinical health related discipline* with clinical healthcare experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of teaching, assessing and quality assuring vocational programmes will be advantageous, but training can be provided.
  • Strong IT skills and a customer-focused, proactive approach to work.
