• They are responsible for conducting inductions for all new starters to the business and delivering all SOP/SSOW training across all bakery's operational areas
• They respond to requests and conduct competency assessments and sign off for process training for all colleagues.
• They deliver amendment training because of changes to procedures and support to new starters to assist their transition into the business.
