A leading care service provider in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Training Coordinator to enhance the skills of Care Professionals. In this role, you will deliver induction training, conduct competency assessments, and evaluate training effectiveness. Ideal candidates will have relevant training experience and a strong background in health and social care. You will support new hires in their initial 3 months while managing training records and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines. Responsible for the implementation, overview, organisation, and delivery of training programmes to improve the knowledge, skills, and competence of Care Professionals.
