We are recruiting for a place on our 2026 training programme to support, mentor and develop you into a world class trade mark attorney while you complete the formal Trade Mark qualifications with accredited providers alongside your Trainee role.

Job Description

The role of a Trade Mark Attorney is varied and you will work with clients from the creation of a brand through to its protection and enforcement. Tasks can include searches to check trade mark availability, registering new trade marks, leading on oppositions to trade mark registrations, and advising on infringement, enforcement actions, and aspects of copyright, anti-counterfeiting, designs or licensing. This is a unique career path that will allow you to be a legal and commercial advisor to your clients.

Our award-winning and highly regarded Trade Mark team is comprised of over 30 Partners, qualified attorneys, trainees and support staff across our London and Netherlands offices. Our clients range from multinational corporations to small scale entrepreneurs, across a wide variety of sectors, each receiving our high levels of service. We will support and mentor you on the 2026 training programme and through the formal Trade Mark qualifications with accredited providers alongside your Trainee role.
