Overview

Trainee Telesales Consultant. My client is looking for three trainee telesales consultants to train as brokers with experience in conducting business on the telephone. Any sales experience is considered, especially door to door or fundraising. The role offers very high-income potential with full training and a fast-track career path. Location: Canary Wharf offices.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a brokerage where investors are closed via the telephone.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to identify and close investment opportunities.
  • Target earnings through commissions (5–15% of each deal) with typical investments ranging from £5,000 to £50,000 (and higher).
  • Aim to make around 10 trades per month.
  • Provide information on tangible investments, including green/alternative investments, and build a high-earning client portfolio.
  • Join an established telesales team in Canary Wharf with opportunities to progress to senior roles.
Qualifications and Approach
  • Applicants must be proactive, confident, assertive, enthusiastic, determined, persuasive, positive and financially motivated.
  • Crystal clear English spoken in a fast-paced, upbeat manner.
  • Experience conducting business and closing deals on the telephone is required or highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn about investments in general and green alternative investments.
