  • Support the Compliance Business Support Team in delivering its annual plan and objectives
  • Assist with research and projects to improve compliance controls and processes
  • Help review and approve financial promotions and marketing materials
  • Provide support on data protection queries
  • Assist with risk assessments for new third‑party arrangements
  • Help monitor and maintain compliance systems and controls
  • Contribute to preparing management information and compliance reports
  • Support the team in responding to queries from business units
  • Assist with thematic reviews and monitoring activities
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to ensure compliance requirements are met

You'll join the Compliance Function's Business Support Team, acting as a key link between compliance and the wider business. This team helps maintain and develop second‑line systems, controls, policies and procedures relating to Financial Crime, Sanctions and Data Protection, ensuring the business meets regulatory requirements. This is an entry‑level position designed for someone eager to learn and build a career in compliance. You'll receive full training and work closely with experienced Compliance Managers, supporting projects and day‑to‑day activities that help protect the business and its clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Compliance Business Support Team in delivering its annual plan and objectives
