Leader Education is an education recruitment agency dedicated to connecting schools with exceptional professionals. We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Education Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the day to day running and administration of the office, as well as sourcing and selecting talented Teachers and Teaching Assistants in schools throughout the North East.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates&\' qualifications, experience, and suitability for teaching positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Universities and Colleges to establish connections with education professionals seeking their first teaching roles.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Consultants to understand school requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Develop a thorough understanding of school vacancies, job specifications, and educational requirements to effectively match candidates with suitable positions.
• Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate candidate records and updating the recruitment database.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the education sector to provide valuable insights to candidates and schools.
