About the Company

Siamo Recruitment is an industry leading recruitment and training business of almost 40 years that specialises in placing temporary and permanent employees within the distribution, logistics, manufacturing, engineering and white‑collar sectors. We are expanding and are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to support the development and growth of our Nuneaton operation.

Responsibilities

• Pro‑actively generate new accounts through business development, marketing Siamo to businesses in Nuneaton and surrounding areas by outbound sales calls and client visits.
• Achieve KPIs based on sales activity and new business wins.
• Maintain and develop existing accounts, ensuring continued growth of our thriving client base.
• Recruit and select suitable candidates to match client requirements.
• Screen and interview potential candidates.
• Provide regular service calls and visits to clients to ensure satisfaction with Siamo’s service levels.
• Consistently maintain the quality of experience for both clients and candidates.

Qualifications
