Job Opportunity: Full-Time Dental Nurse

Location: Redhill

Salary: £12.50 to £15 per hour (this is dependent on experience and how the interview goes)

Responsibilities

Trainee Dental Nurse

• Support dentists and clinicians during treatments and procedures.
• Learn and apply cross-infection control procedures.
• Prepare instruments, materials, and surgery for patient care.
• Provide a warm, reassuring experience for patients.
• Complete required coursework and training towards qualification.

Qualified Dental Nurse

• Provide chairside support across a range of dental procedures.
• Maintain high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness.
• Accurately complete patient records and documentation.
• Assist with stock control and ordering of materials.
• Offer empathetic support and communication to patients.

Head Dental Nurse

• Lead and mentor the dental nursing team.
• Oversee compliance with CQC, HTM 01-05, and practice policies.
• Coordinate rotas, training, and appraisals for nursing staff.
• Ensure stock management and equipment maintenance.
• Support clinical governance and audits.
• Act as a role model for excellent patient care and professional standards.
