The Trainee - Project Administrator reports to the Team Lead - Project Administrator. The Trainee - Project Administrator is responsible for efficient and timely handling of project set‑up, project updates, invoicing and project closing with a focus on minimizing WIP days to maximize cashflow in the business, always in line with the customer contract. The Graduate Trainee - Project Administrator, communicates with both internal and external clients in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner on all related topics. This role delivers services to different regions/ business units within Energy Systems.
