Kenilworth, Finham. £27,783 per year plus Commission, Overtime, Expenses and Benefits. You will join Bluecrest Wellness as a Health Assessment Specialist, delivering high-quality health assessments across your region. We are recruiting from Coventry, Solihull, Knowle, Kenilworth, Finham. We welcome everyone—regardless of background or experience. Position: Trainee Phlebotomist
Field Based - Various locations: Coventry, Solihull, Knowle

Responsibilities
  • Work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours total), with shifts from 6am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Hours are allocated by the resource planner 3 weeks in advance.
  • Drive up to 2 hours to your venue or use public transport as required; set up kit and greet customers at the venue.
  • Perform health assessments as part of the chosen packages, including but not limited to PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests. Update and maintain relevant administration records.
  • Provide advice on further testing where appropriate and ensure all administration records are current.
  • Travel may involve occasional overnight stays; be willing to travel up to 2 hours from home location.
  • Attend the Milton Keynes head office for the first 2 weeks of training (Monday–Friday for both weeks).
  • Be able to use computers/tablets/phones at a satisfactory level and have a clear DBS (processed on your behalf).
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own car to transport kit; ability to store kit items at home when not working.
  • Clear DBS and satisfactory enhanced criminal records check (covered by us); full UK license and access to a car are required for the role.
  • Ability to work any day between Monday and Sunday and any times between 6am and 10pm on a rota basis.
  • Ability to travel up to 2 hours from home location; occasional overnight stays may be required.
  • Must be able to travel to venues and perform health assessments; be willing to learn and take on new skills.
  • Currently unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
