Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Carer or similar.
• Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect.
• Must attend safeguarding training.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure Resident wellbeing.
• Assist with administering medicines and direct clinical tasks under supervision.
• Ensure impeccable delivery of care planning arrangements.
