What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Home Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our service—supporting the Home Manager and playing a key role in day-to-day operations. This is about stepping forward into a future where you can thrive as a leader. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced managers and mentors to learn what it takes to run a high-quality residential service. You’ll help lead a compassionate team, creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for those we support. You’ll drive person-centred care, where every individual’s voice is heard and their goals are championed. You’ll get hands-on with audits, planning, safeguarding, team development, and quality assurance. We’re looking for someone with heart, drive, and the ambition to grow.

Qualifications and Requirements

• QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or willing to work towards)
• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within adult care
• A strong understanding of autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs
• A proactive, positive approach to care and leadership
• A full UK driving licence
• Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and will require an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
