Job summary

A well-established manufacturer in Ferndown is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. You'll be operating machinery to produce high-performance components, with full training provided. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment desirable but not essential.
  • Basic machine operation knowledge with training provided.
  • Ability to read manufacturing drawings with training provided.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Operating machinery safely and efficiently to manufacture components.
  • Following standard operating procedures, drawings and production schedules.
  • Performing self-inspections and in-process checks.
  • Reporting tooling or process issues to the team lead.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area in line with Health & Safety policies.
