Trainee Insurance Support Technician

This leading Lloyd’s underwriter has an excellent market reputation and is looking for a new member of staff for their reinsurance team. The ideal candidate will have some insurance exposure and strong academics (a minimum of three B grades at A level or equivalent). This role will be based in their City of London office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Reinsurance system updating, maintenance, and exception review/resolving
• Importing and matching LORS in a timely manner
• Clearing underwriting messages in a timely manner
• Maintaining filing for the team, as required
• Chasing aged debt, as required
• Credit Control
• Assist team with Month-end processes
• Assisting with Quota share processes and issuing accounts
• Issuing premium adjustments
• Assist with historic queries/data cleansing
• Adhoc tasks as required by the team
