Overview

JOB TITLE: Ultrasound Technician/Field Service Engineer

COMPANY: Our Client is the UK's leading independent expert specialising in the repair and servicing of electronic medical equipment/instrumentation - specifically Ultrasounds. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of the service they provide. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on client sites UK wide - generally hospitals. It is estimated that you will be out an average of 3 days a week, home at night
• Providing advice and support to customers
• To deliver and collect loan equipment from customers
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers
• Probe repairs when in the workshop

Candidate Requirements

• Experience of visiting customer sites, ideally hospitals
• Technical background/bent
• Good team player
• Take pride in your work
• Excellent communication skills as this is a customer facing role
• High level of dexterity
• Driving licence

Salary & Benefits

• SALARY: Depending on experience, 10% Performance related bonus
