Location: St Albans

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £35,000-£42,000)

We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our St Albans team. In this role, you’ll support local schools by sourcing exceptional teachers and support staff, ensuring they have the talent they need to thrive. You’ll learn from experienced consultants and gain the skills to build a successful long‑term career.

No prior recruitment experience is required – just motivation, resilience, and a genuine interest in working with people.
