Job description
Job Duties
  • Assist the Data Management Administrator with the input, maintenance, or reporting of data held within various databases, ensuring accuracy and correct recording.
  • Help the Compliance Monitoring Administrator with monitoring and reporting as per the Compliance Monitoring Programme schedule for regulated entities, managed entities, and funds.
  • Support the Compliance Team in collating relevant documentation for client files and updating compliance registers.
  • Investigate and clear alerts from the regular client database scans as part of Client Diligence Monitoring Systems.
  • Maintain compliance/operational registers and provide information to the Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for reporting purposes.
  • Assist with compiling and providing information or documentation to relevant appointed parties or business relationships such as banks and investment houses.
  • Support the Assistant Manager, Compliance, and assist with any ad-hoc or Business as Usual compliance tasks identified.
Job Requirements
  • Educated to A-Level standard.
  • Willingness to study towards an appropriate professional compliance qualification.
  • Good level of judgement and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent personal skills to deliver compliance guidance to the business.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
