Trainee / Associate Client Advisor
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Public Sector Team in our Cardiff office as a Trainee / Associate Client Advisor. This is the perfect role for someone with a strong educational background with ambitions to join an established, market leading insurance broker.
Within this role you will have the opportunity to join our exciting Public Sector practice, where you will be supporting a team of experts on selecting and acquiring the optimum insurance programme; as well as working with a team of experienced Client Advisors and Executives on understanding our clients’ business, the challenges they face, their risks, and what value looks like for them. As you progress through the training programme, you will then be in a position to learn how to advise on the best course of action for our clientsrisk managementand work with the broking teams to manage and optimize our value proposition.
Developing your skills within an established team will allow you to develop your career whilst opening the door to a myriad of opportunities within the company.
