Job Title: Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £30k - £40k + package (maybe more depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specialises in delivery of high end residential projects across the South. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking a Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor with ideally at least 1 year experience in the role to work alongside the Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Helping the Senior Surveyor with commercial Surveying of sites
  • Projects vary in size from £50k - £2m
  • Normally circa 10 x projects on at any one time
