A charity organization in Northern Ireland is seeking a Charity Shop Manager. This role involves driving sales, managing staff and volunteers, and ensuring excellent customer service in a retail environment. THE EMPLOYER IS: CANCER FOCUS NIAll duties involved with running a charity shop with the aim of achieving optimum profit by maximising sales. You will be assisting with the management of staff and volunteers in order to ensure the efficient running of the shop.Customer service, cash handling and stock processing will be the major roles of the job, as well as building up knowledge and responsibility over time.
