Traffic Marshall - Cardiff

Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing

Salary: Competitive (paid weekly)

Blue Water Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Traffic Marshalls for a large commercial construction project in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a high‑profile site with a Tier 1 contractor.

Role Responsibilities

• Safely direct vehicles, deliveries, and plant machinery around site.
• Manage access/egress points and ensure compliance with the site traffic management plan.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers and site teams using hand signals and radios.
• Identify and report any safety risks or obstructions.
• Support site logistics where required to keep operations running smoothly.

Required Experience & Certifications

• Valid CSCS card
• NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman qualification
• Full 5‑point PPE
• Previous site experience preferred
• Strong understanding of site safety and clear communication skills
