Overview

One of the UK's top developers that score highly on the NHBC league tables, specialising in new build houses and apartments is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to support a multi-phase development of houses and apartments with approximately 3 years left to run. The successful candidate will work in Birchington, Kent on a temporary contract, starting as soon as possible. Salary/Rate: £16-£17 per hour, negotiable and dependent on experience. Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the Project Manager, Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
• Ensure contractors park according to the site safety policy.
• Control traffic flow for delivery vehicles entering the site.
• Secure barrier protection around the site and ensure hoarding and fencing are secure.
• NOTE: This role does not include welfare responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CSCS card.
• Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman qualification.
• Some previous experience preferred but not essential.
